Guided breathing with music that breathes with you

Breathe, and the music follows

UnderBreath is a soundscape for guided breathing. Choose what you need, and a piano, a soft pad and the sounds of rain, sea or a stream rise and fall with each breath. No account, nothing to install.

What do you need?

Six ways in, each with its own sound

Every answer sets the breath, the music, the nature around you and how long it lasts. You only choose.

Calm fear or anxiety

Breathe out longer than you breathe in, with a soft count and a stream beside you.

Begin

Fall asleep

Slow, even breaths that settle into 4-7-8, with rain arriving as the music darkens.

Begin

Steady before something hard

Box breathing, four equal sides, counted, with a bell on every breath.

Begin

Unwind after a long day

About six breaths a minute, no holds, and waves that break as you breathe out.

Begin

Wake up gently

Starts slow and quiet, then brightens step by step, with a stream and a bell.

Begin

Energising rounds

Rounds of thirty full breaths: breathe out and hold, then one deep breath held.

Begin

How it works

Sound that knows where you are in the breath

01

The music is made as you breathe

Nothing is a recording on a loop. The chords, the piano and the swell of the pad are played live in your browser, timed to each inhale, hold and exhale.

02

You can close your eyes

The sound tells you when to breathe in and when to let go, so you can follow it without watching the screen.

03

It stays gentle

Warm keys, no sudden changes, and a long, bright room around it. When a session ends, three bells ring and the sound fades away.

UnderBreath Pro

Make the breath your own

The free player is complete: every answer, with its full sound. Pro opens the controls underneath: your own breathing patterns, longer and open-ended sessions, the music itself, and drift and the binaural beat.

Breathing like this calms the body. It is not treatment. If fear or panic keeps coming back, talk to someone you trust or a clinician.
